HOW TO READ THIS DIAGRAM This diagram provides a high-level overview of how myHealth at myHands ecosystem is organised and how its different components interact to support the delivery of myHealth at myHands public services across the EU. At the centre of the diagram is the Digital Public Service. The way this service is delivered is detailed under the Digital Public Service Delivery Model, which defines the interaction between service providers and service consumers, clarifying who provides the services, who uses them, and how they interact within the ecosystem. The main functional abilities the digital public services need to have are included as Digital Business Capabilities. These capabilities represent the high-level business functions required to operate the myHealth at myHands ecosystem effectively. They include functions such as, Digital Exchange, Electronic Identification, and Data Management. These business capabilities are implemented through a catalogue of Digital Public Services, shown on the right-hand side of the diagram.
