2. The citizen presents Country A credentials through the digital wallet to the Healthcare provider in Country B.
3. Country B requests credential validation from the national trust services. (eIDAS and EU Trust Framework)
4. After validation, Country B requests identity resolution from the national credential and identity services of Country A.
5. Once the patient is matched, Country B requests the relevant health data from the national health services of Country A.
6. Country A retrieves the data from its national health data sources and returns it to Country B.
7. Country B presents the returned health data to the healthcare professional.
