A structured dataset containing patient consent records for health data access and use within the myHealth ecosystem. It captures consent scope, legal basis, purpose binding, data subject rights, applicable jurisdiction, and consent validity period, distinguishing between primary-use (care delivery) and secondary-use (research) consents. It integrates with the EUDI Wallet selective disclosure capability for cross-border consent management.
