An application service that manages the full lifecycle of patient consent for health data access and sharing within the myHealth@myHands solution. It stores, retrieves, and updates consent records (distinguishing primary-use care delivery consent from secondary-use research consent), enforces national consent rules, and integrates with the EUDI Wallet to support wallet-based selective disclosure consent. Consent records are maintained in HL7 FHIR Consent resources.
