OMOP-CDM represents the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership Common Data Model (OMOP-CDM) within MyHealth@MyHands. OMOP-CDM is the standard data model for large-scale observational health research maintained by OHDSI (Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics). It provides a standardised structure for health data and a comprehensive vocabulary mapping system (OMOP standardized vocabularies) that harmonises SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, RxNorm and other terminologies into a common concept space optimised for research.
