An application service that processes patient requests to revoke previously granted consent for health data access and sharing. It updates the consent status in the HL7 FHIR Consent resource, propagates revocation notifications to all data holders and processors who held the original consent, and ensures that revocation takes effect immediately in all active data sharing relationships. It implements the GDPR right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) in the cross-border health data context.
