Semantic Quality and Drift Monitoring Service is an ApplicationService within MyHealth@MyHands that continuously monitors clinical terminology version releases (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, ATC WHO) and detects semantic drift cases where existing Semantic Mapping Rules, FHIR ConceptMaps, or terminology bindings have become inaccurate due to a standard update. It serves the Mqual.drift sub-domain.
