Specifies the conformance requirements for HL7 FHIR AuditEvent resources used to record all data access and processing events in the myHealth ecosystem. AuditEvent resources capture who accessed what data, when, from where, and for what purpose, providing the technical implementation of EHDS and GDPR audit trail requirements. Every cross-border data access generates an AuditEvent traceable to the patient, data subject, and accessing system.
