A structured dataset containing laboratory test results and diagnostic reports in the myHealth ecosystem. It captures test identifiers (LOINC), result values and units (UCUM), reference ranges, interpretation flags, specimen details, and performing laboratory information, conforming to the EHDS EEHRxF Laboratory Results specification and HL7 FHIR DiagnosticReport profiles.
