Defines the mapping rules for representing patient consent records in standardised, cross-border interoperable formats, with subcategories to reflect national differences in primary-use (care delivery) and secondary-use (research) consent rules. It maps national consent management system records to HL7 FHIR Consent resources and includes anonymisation policy metadata for secondary use of health data. Selective disclosure consent configurations for the EUDI Wallet are also represented.
