A FHIR Collection assembles multiple FHIR resources into a single transferable payload without implying a specific transaction semantic . It is used in MyHealth@MyHands for assembling research datasets (collecting anonymised patient records for secondary use), batch responses to cross-border data requests, and SPE input packages. FHIR Collection realises the Mconn.composition sub-domain for dataset assembly.
