EEHRxF Profiles are defined as HL7 FHIR R4 StructureDefinition resources a specific JSON or XML syntax that constrains and extends base FHIR resource definitions to meet the clinical and regulatory requirements of MyHealth@EU health data exchange. The EEHRxF Profile Syntax realises the Clinical Metadata Profile governance artefact and conforms to Mqual.conformance.
