ICD-10 represents the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10) terminology standard within MyHealth@MyHands. ICD-10 is the WHO international standard for classifying diseases, disorders, injuries and other related health conditions. It is the primary diagnostic coding standard currently used in most EU Member States for death certificates, hospital discharge records, and health statistics reporting. EEHRxF requires support for ICD-10 for interoperability with existing national systems during the transition to ICD-11.
