Specifies the conformance requirements for HL7 FHIR Provenance resources used to record the origin, transformation history, and chain of custody of health data in the myHealth ecosystem. Provenance resources complement AuditEvent by capturing the specific transformations applied to data (e.g.anonymisation, format conversion), the agents responsible, and the timing. They implement the W3C PROV model .
