An application service that grants or denies access to health data based on the outcome of EUDI Wallet credential verification. It evaluates the verified credential content, the patient's selective disclosure choices, the requesting HCP's role and authorisation, and applicable consent policies before issuing an access token that permits the health data request to proceed. It is the final authorisation gate in the Wallet-based access flow.
