ICD-11 represents the International Classification of Diseases 11th Revision (ICD-11) terminology standard within MyHealth@MyHands. ICD-11 is the latest WHO disease classification standard replacing ICD-10. ICD-11 features a digital-first design, foundation URI-based coding for machine readability, improved granularity for clinical coding, and direct alignment with SNOMED CT for semantic interoperability. EHDS mandates ICD-11 as the target diagnostic coding standard for the European Health Data Space.
