An application service that manages the operational lifecycle of health credentials within the patient's EUDI Wallet instance. It handles credential storage, retrieval, presentation preparation, selective disclosure configuration, validity monitoring, and renewal notifications. It is the service-layer implementation of the Digital Identity Wallet component, providing the runtime capabilities that support the patient-facing Wallet-Based Patient Access flow.
